You'll find our rates to be highly competitive whilst maintaining an accurate, cost-effective service without compromising efficiency or reliability.

For Businesses:

Because our work is so varied we prefer to liaise direct with clients to discuss their individual requirements in order to produce a realistic quotation for the work involved.

For Individuals living in Portugal:

Office 24 offers free advice and support 7 days a week.

All other tasks are charged at a rate of 2.50 €uros per 15 minutes' work. In addition, there will be charges for phone calls, faxes etc. If the task necessitates travel then there will be a mileage allowance to pay of 35 cêntimos per km.

Invoices:

Once tasks have been completed an itemised invoice will be issued outlining all expenses incurred.
